Stefan Panhans
Stefan Panhans lives and works in Hamburg and Berlin. He works primarily with video, videoin- stallations and photography. His artistic practice investigates the hypermediatized imprint of our present, the (power) structure behind processes of digitalization and their effects on our thinking and our bodies. His work is shown internationally in numerous solo and groupshows and at filmfestivals. Most recently for example at HMKV, Dortmund; Tabakalera, International Centre for Contemporary Culture, San Sebastian; Transmediale, HKW Berlin; Rencontres Inter- nationales Paris/Berlin; Fluentum Collection, Berlin; NRW Forum, Düsseldorf; nbk-Video Forum, Berlin; Addis Video Art Festival, Addis Ababa; Videonale#16 and #17, Kunstmuseum Bonn; Deichtorhallen-Falckenberg Collection; EMAF-Electronic Media Art Festival, Osnabru- eck; Edith-Russ-Haus for Media Art, Oldenburg; Weserburg Museum für moderne Kunst, Bre- men; 35th Kassel Documentary Film and Video Festival, and will be shown in 2022 at Kunstnernes Hus, Oslo; Kunsthalle Nürnberg; Kunstraum Niederösterreich, Wien, and Kunst- verein Rosa Luxemburg Platz, Berlin.
